Your BMI

Knowing your Body Mass Index (BMI) is important for determining what your healthiest body weight would be and whether you need to lose or gain weight to achieve it. Ideally your BMI would be between a 20 and a 23. If your BMI is 25 or more you should probably fine tune your diet and exercise routine to drop the necessary weight for the sake of your health. If your BMI is over 30, then you may already be experiencing health problems because of your weight.
