The goal of this website is to help everyone in Toronto get a little bit healthier and more toned by doing at least one toning exercise as many times as possible each day. You should also engage in 30-60 minutes of cardiovascular activity at least 3-6 times a week. I will be writing articles about health topics and exercise as well as writing book reviews of books with a health or weight loss focus. I will also occasionally include an original or adapted healthy recipe.
I am not a doctor, nor am I a licensed fitness instructor or registered dietician, so all of the advice in the articles on this website should be used at your own discretion. If something does not feel right for your body then do not do it. Always check with your health care practitioner (whether that is your family doctor or naturopath) before starting a new supplement.
