Day 234: Dumbbell Squat Press

Hold your weights at your shoulders.

Your elbows should be bent and your feet should be shoulder width apart.

Bend your knees and squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor.

As you stand press the weights up over your head with straight arms.

Return to start.

Do 10 reps as many times today as you can.
