Who doesn’t want an easy solution to weight loss? I don’t know of anybody facing a weight loss challenge who doesn’t want to believe that there are a few small changes they could make to effortlessly drop weight in a month. Unfortunately, this book’s solutions are way too basic to help you manifest any dramatic change in your weight. Most people trying to lose weight are already implementing the solutions Jenna Wolfe prescribes in this book. They are all the common sense things that you cannot escape if you do even a minimal amount of research about how to lose weight: drink more water, walk 10,000 steps a day, keep a food journal, and don’t eat carbs after 6pm. This book is an easy-to-read refresher if you have forgotten the basics and is full of anecdotes (mostly about her giving her parents advice on how to lose weight). It is a nice change from diet books that are full of facts and figures, but unfortunately most people will find it way too basic.
