How To Do It:

Lie down on your back with your legs straight up in the air. Your legs should be slightly apart.

Lift your arms straight up with your palms together.

Crunch up slowly as you extend your hands through your legs at knee level.

Lower your chest down slowly and repeat.

Do 25 reps as many times today as possible.
