For this exercise you are going to need a large stability ball. This exercise targets your inner thighs as well as your core, and can be a lot of fun once you get the hang of it.

How To Do It:

1. Lie down on your back and put the stability ball between your ankles.

2. Lift your legs up in the air and engage your inner thighs by squeezing the stability ball between your ankles.

3. Drop the ball into your hands and then lightly toss the ball back between your ankles.

4. Do this thirty times in a row. If you drop the ball, then start your count back at one. To make it fun you can picture yourself as a cat with a ball of yarn. It sounds silly, but it actually makes the exercise quite enjoyable.
