This exercise works your upper back, your legs, and (most importantly) your bum.
1. Stand with your feet together with your arms crossed over your chest.
2. Bend your knees so your thighs are parallel to the floor and go up on your tippy-toes.
3. Step to your right, splaying your knees and opening arms like a bird’s wings.
4. Then, stand up quickly.
5. Repeat in the opposite direction
Try doing this 5 times on each side a few times today and pay attention to how your body feels.
